Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before enrolling in the online course on Lean Methodology for Physicians ("Course"). This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between you ("Participant") and the course provider ("Provider") regarding the Course. By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Enrollment and Access:
a. The Participant must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
b. Upon successful enrollment, the Participant will be granted access to the Course for the duration specified in the Course description.
Intellectual Property:
a. All Course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by copyright laws.
b. The Participant acknowledges that the Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from the Provider.
Course Content:
a. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Course content is accurate and up-to-date, but it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the content.
b. The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or remove Course content at any time without prior notice.
Participant Responsibilities:
a. The Participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information provided during enrollment.
b. The Participant agrees to use the Course materials solely for educational purposes and not for any commercial or unauthorized purposes.
c. The Participant shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the learning experience of other Participants or compromise the security or integrity of the Course platform.
Payments and Refunds:
a. The Participant agrees to pay the Course fee as specified during the enrollment process.
b. Refunds will be provided according to the Provider's refund policy, as stated on the Course website.
Limitation of Liability:
a. The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Course, including but not limited to any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
b. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Course.
Termination:
a. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Participant's access to the Course without refund if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
b. The Participant may request termination of their enrollment by notifying the Provider, but no refund will be provided.
